**** After 2 adventurous years as a 911 calltaker and dispatcher I have decided to go back to school. I still have a notebook of stories to share as well as good friends at the call center I left who keep me posted. The blog will continue as long as I have postworthy material :) Thank you to all my readers and to the officers, paramedics, fire fighters, and dispatchers who continue to serve the public in their hours of need.
Unless you are involved in a situation so horrific it causes you to lose complete bladder control, I do not find it acceptable to call 911 while you are urinating.

Yeah, it's not fun to hear the flushing of the toilet while they are talking to you.
