**** After 2 adventurous years as a 911 calltaker and dispatcher I have decided to go back to school. I still have a notebook of stories to share as well as good friends at the call center I left who keep me posted. The blog will continue as long as I have postworthy material :) Thank you to all my readers and to the officers, paramedics, fire fighters, and dispatchers who continue to serve the public in their hours of need.

Ha! It's good to know those boys were all male. Too funny.
Don't you find yourself thinking "WTF am I saying?" even as you are actually saying it?
I dispatched an officer to an accident involving a Ford Escort and a Suzuki "Grand Viagra"... side channel traffic queried whether that vehicle has it's own lift kit.
